My main goal when working with a client is to create a sense of safety and connection between us as two humans so that you would feel comfortable to begin the exploration of the pain that you’ve experienced and get to a place of relief and healing. So much of what we have experienced is carried deep within us. I help clients in their process of healing and learning how to trust themselves. I use a cognitive behavioural approach to help shift old, unhelpful patterns of thinking into more meaningful and healthy beliefs. For those who desire it, we can explore your personal spirituality or faith and the meaning it brings to your life. I find that incorporating the body, mind, and spirit helps each person to become a more integrated, healthy version of themselves.
